JIRA timezone issue.

Was informed my timezone of Phoenix GMT-7 d was wrong. JIRA then set it to Denver GMT-7 instead. I'm in Arizona.

This is a matching error triggered by the fact that Denver comes before Phoenix alphabetically and recently also decided to change their clocks to match ours in Arizona.

Either the rest of the country needs to make up its mind what time ut is (preferable), or the JIRA script needs to be fixed (acceptable).

DST sucks!!!!
