when i place down a wither rose I was testing farm ideas in creative when i first noticed it doesn't give mobs wither effect when stood on i first thought maybe it was just my world so i moved to my survival world and if i stood on it it still didn't give wither also question i remember once being able to put a wither rose in the brewing stand to make potion of decay was it changed to not be possible anymore
