As of 02/09/2021, my framerate on the beta version RTX enabled world dropped from ~100-200fps range to 30-40fps range, making the world all but unplayable.

I was getting ~100fps with the highest "view distances" set for an RTX-enabled texture pack world. Now I'm getting 30-40fps regardless of the distance setting (I've tried lowest to highest and the framerate is the same across the entire distance range which is why I believe this is a bug vs driver-issue/etc.).  If I disable RTX the framerate goes back to normal, but if I enable it, it drops again.

If I create a new world without RTX the framerate returns to normal, but if I edit the world and re-enable the RTX feature, the framerate again drops. This is new behavior as of 02/09/2021, was working fine on the 08th.

This framerate drop is specific to RTX and not tied to C&C (I'm seeing the same behavior regardless if the C&C feature is enabled or not).

I originally thought that framerate drop was tied to C&C but after further testing, it is specifically tied to if RTX is enabled, and not C&C.

What information can I provide to assist in identifying the root cause?
