the mobs don't spawn in the dark

      there is a bug in mcpe 0.13 for android. the ostile mobs don't spawn in the dark. I'm sure I made a monster spawner but they don't spaw please fix.
      my phone is a samsung galaxy s6 but there isn't in the devices.
