I downloaded the minecraft server from minecraft.net. To play on personal servers, I use third-party software (Omlet arcade). But the problem is that when starting the server, players using omlet arcade can connect to the server, but the server is not visible to local players. For example, I cannot log into the server through the computer from which I distribute it. I also cannot access it from a laptop and a phone that are on the same WIFI network, and the computer and laptop are connected to the router using the LAN wire. Данная проблема сохраняется даже без стороннего софта (Omlet arcade)

I also want to inform you that through a direct connection (using the function of adding a server) it also does not work. To connect via a local network, I tried to enter the local ip of the computer from which the server is distributed and the port that the server reports through the 19132 console. I also tried to use the address from the site 2ip.ru, which also did not help

UPD: At the moment, the server is displayed for local players, and players from other devices can connect, but the computer on which the server is running cannot connect to it.
