The entire client does not know where to assign textures. Random, lost, flickering textures.

The game doesn't display ui, text, textures properly at all.

Launching the game begins with a blank white screen, not the typical loading screen you see. During the video, you will see that the window turns black. What is happening during those black screens is me navigating through the menus. Every menu is like this/texture is like this.

The video had to be compressed significantly but it definitely captivates the issue.

      Things I've tried:

      Reinstalling the game

      "Resetting" the game through Settings>Apps & Features>Minecraft>Advanced options>Reset

      Reinstalling GFX drivers

      Running WSreset in command prompt

      Changing display resolution in-game

Turning on and off fullscreen in the settings

Uninstalling Minecraft and then reinstalling GFX drivers

Restarting my computer (I did this anyways after reinstalling GFX drivers)

      Applying a texturepack

Deleting the game files within my appdata folder (Uninstalling does this anyways)

I've noticed that for less than a frame the game's textures look normal(norm.PNG). This happens randomly. If you look closely, it's almost as if the corruption is overlaying the game's textures.
