I hope you can help us with this problem.

We have 2 Minecraft games.

• Playstation 4 (bought via PlayStation store)
• Microsoft 10 version (bought via Microsoft store)

We also have 2 accounts so father and son can play together

• one logged in via Playstation
• one logged in via Microsoft

Both games can play. Both games can go online. Both games can access server games.

However, and this is most important, we do not see friends when the Minecraft game is open. All settings are checked and set to all/everyone

When looking into Xbox Console Companion, or Xbox account we can see our friends. We can also see each other. In the game, however, the tab > friends always say 0 friends online.

Why is that?

On Microsoft, I have a Microsoft store account via email A and a Microsoft account via email B.
