I'm trying to see what is new in the Minecraft marketplace and and I cannot get any access to it. Mind you I have stable internet connection. I also tried to update my custom character and it was suddenly deleted. I made a new one but, I'm m not done with its features. And I'm trying to fix it up and I don't see any other options for my character such as their eyes, hair, base etc.
