      What I expected to happen was...:
      I would be able to create a world for my online friend's

      What actually happened was...:
      The multiplayer customization is not available, and reports that my PSN network isn't on when it clearly is

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. I go to "Create a New world" 
      2. I set the world itself from Survial to Creative
