Hostile mobs do not spawn in the new mountains

      I noticed that the hostile mobs (zombies, skeleton, Creepers,spiders) do not appear in the new mountains (Lofty Peaks, Snow Capped Peaks, Snowy Slopes) which makes them very empty and without difficulty.
