To replicate the bug on the Dpad, you need to tap anywhere in the screen (lets say in the exact middle where your crosshair is) and tap the Dpad (any button left, right, forward, backward) at the same time and just keep tapping until for a split second it will apear. Quiet uncommonly this bug also happens when you take damage and happens to be pressing on your dpad.

What this bug do is that when it happens you are unable to move until you lift your finger off the dpad and press it again.

To replicate the Hotbar glitch, you only need to be press and holding anywhere in the screen (lets say in the exact middle where your crosshair is) and then you try switch to an item in your hotbar. It would not work, the fix to this is to lift your other finger off the screen and then switch to an item you want.

What this bug do is that mobile players are unable to cancel a bow shot after its already been drawn.
