Hello Mojang,

My friend and I have experienced problems using our skins. Whenever we would look at each other even when having skin, we would look like a default skin (Steve or Alex). We were hoping for the problem to leave us because we thought it was lag, but as we played our multiplayer worlds it continued to show this. When we used the character creator, it mostly shows up when that happens. Depending on the skin pack we use, it will either work or not. When we use the character creator skins, on our screens our skin looks good, but the others are default. This happens on Minecraft Bedrock edition affecting my Windows 10 and my friend's IOS version. This was happening since the most recent updated version. We love the game and we hope you can fix this!
