I'm trying to help my son install Minecraft on his phone but it won't download. Play Store consistently gets to 79% downloading and then just hangs up there. We have left it to sit for hours with no further progress. We have done a full system reset and attempted to install that first before anything else with no luck, as well as attempting a full cache partition clearing via the phone's bios prior to an install, also with no luck.

His phone is a Samsung Galaxy J7 V running Android 9 with all available hardware and software updates and security patches applied. Have you had any other reports of issues with that compatibility and any suggestions for us to try?
