Can't turn on ray tracing.

      So I was trying to download an RTX world because i have an RTX 3060 but it keeps saying that my pc doesn't meet the minimum requirements for that. Seriously what the hell is this? I'm offended by this. An RTX card isn't good enough for RTX you're saying. Any help would be appreciated.
