I bought the star wars skin packs, the one that includes the original movies skins, the prequels and the rebels one. The problem is that all the other skin packs load except for the prequels one. It never loads and it's the only skin pack I cannot use in my ps4. Sometimes it works, rarely but it does, but when I come back to play the skin becomes a Steve or Alex one and I cannot select any skin from the prequels. I hope this problem solve as soon as possible.

This is how I usually get this error:
1. I open my game in the PS4
2. When the game logins into my account, I go to "profile"
3. When I'm in there, I can see all my skins, and I click create a new skin or edit an existing one.
4. I go to "My owned skins" and I browse until I found the Star Wars Prequel pack.
5. All the other packs load correctly, except for this one. It never loads anywhere.

What i expected to happen was that the skins load correctly and I could use them when I play alone, with friend or with family. What really happen was that the skin pack never loaded, so I can't use the skin pack in my ps4

P.S. When I play in my android device, I can perfectly use the skin pack without problem, so I thought maybe if I save a skin in my phone and play, maybe I the skin will be loaded on the ps4. Turns out the skin is replaced by an Alex or Steve.
