I don't think if it happens at other cords,  as I haven't seen it at other cords, which I have tried at other cords just to see, but at 0,0,0 exactly I have scaffolding going up to the surface from my underground base, the scaffolding at that exact spot, 0,0,0, cannot be walked through like normal scaffolding when I go to it's like a solid block as if I had stone or some other block there, I've restarted the world, restarted the game, restarted my console and it still happens.
