So I'm trying to join my friends realms on PS4(I'm on PC). I log onto Minecraft after a couple months of not playing.  I try to join their realm but it a popup tells me that I can't join them because I haven't enabled my account to ensure online safety settings which I already have since, I had played with others before with this enabled. I created a new account, I went to Microsoft help and all articles told me the same thing and it was to enable this setting. I don't know what to do and I cannot resolve it. Please help
