Using Some Game test commands causes blocks to be replaced with other blocks

Also it Doesn't Warn me or ask me if its okay to replace blocks, also using the command /gametest clearall will not remove the replace the blocks and change it back to the way it was earlier. this causes my stuff to be destroyed and replaced with other blocks that i have not put there. so i have to fix everything myself
