Steps to Reproduce:

1. Loaded new worlds to test. Same results
2. Reset PC and cleared memory. Still same issues

Observed Results:
When I mine or dig blocks, there is lagging and blocks don't always mine. When placing blocks, the same happens. During a fight with mobs, the mobs sometimes freeze and my weapon does not work, such as my sword does not hit or do damage. The bow may not fire an arrow. Then suddenly the lag disappears and the arrows fly but I am already walking on... or I die due to being unable to strike the mob with my sword.

Expected Results:
Smooth uninterrupted play as two versions ago. No lag while walking, fighting or mining and no freezing of frames.
