So, 1.16.221 has caused a lot of lag on the Switch version of Minecraft, where I have to turn all the graphics down to the lowest setting. It wasn't like this on 1.16.10 through 1.16.220 and now it lags like it's gonna crash the entire system.

How to Reproduce:
1. Update to the latest version
2. Have the graphics set to highest setting
3. See the lag

How to temporarily fix it:
Turn all of the Video Settings Toggles off and set render distance to 10 chunks or lower. (Which fixed it for me, lag is only noticable when it's too many stuff falling on thee lowest settings.)

Please fix!!! Minecraft looks SUPER UGLY with the lowest graphics!
