Me and my friends are having so much problem with the connection of the minecraft pocket edition

We have 4 different problems

1: Every time we close the game, our microsoft account unlog and our skins reset to Steve or alex, and sometimes, the imported skins don't show to some players

2: The Shield has a bug, which is when you play with more people, the position of the Shield goes to the head without reason

3: We are having connection issues, every time we want to join a world, we have to ask for the player to exit and enter the map again, other issue is the fact that when we choose another imported skin in a world, we disconnect and have to rejoin the game

4: with auto-jump activated, the player will jump in the ladder blocks, with consume a huge hunger instantly
