Description:
Iam was sure this was reported befor but after searching for it for like 10 mins, I couldn't find any results even though how obvious it is

So the problem is that the GUI of hoppers / droppers and dispensers, well basicly all the new GUIs aren't accessible after reloading the world / relogging from the world / leaving the world then joining back. It just treats it as a block but doesn't open any GUI. It how ever it works like charm when the block is first placed.

Steps to reproduce:
Place a hopper / dropper / dispenser
Open its GUI to check that it works (Optional)
Close the world / log out / leave the game. / world
Re-Open the world / re-load it
Try to acces hoppers / dispensers / dropper

Observation:
Hoppers / dispensers and droppers aren't acceable

Way around:
Break it then place it again
