Fortune 3 enchantment doesnt increase drops from Copper ore

      In the current beta, copper ore, when mined with an unenchanted pickaxe, drops 2-3 raw copper. But if it was mined by a fortune 3 enchanted pickaxe, it still drops only 2-3 raw ore even though it is supposed to drop more.
