Hello,

My son Justin has several Worlds, but we keep getting this message "There was a problem loading this world"
The problem seemed to arise when we unplugged it from a tv, bc we then connected it to a new gaming monitor with keyboard and mouse... none of the worlds will load since that fateful moment. I even tried bringing it back to the orig tv but still no dice.
I have tried de-installing the game - re-installing, removing game from console, and several re-starts. If you might be able to help us gain access to these working files, it'd be so very greatly appreciated. In the general scheme this certainly is not life or death, however to my 11 year old this is seriously distressing. thanks for you time!!
