I purchased the Minecraft 2nd Birthday Skin Pack-2015 for free a while back and just noticed that it was not in my owned skin packs tab in create a character. It was also missing from the marketplace but the purchase proof is only shown in my playstation network library in add-ons. The option to install is in my library but never actually enables me to access my skin pack on the game itself.
