My family uses IOS and Android Minecraft Bedrock.

My profile is assigned to my Microsoft account. I can authenticate with 2FA ok to my Microsoft account. But nothing happens. My profile is empty and marketplace tells me it can’t connect to internet. I tested my IPad and my Android smartphone same issue. My son’s account profile still works. All is Setup as Microsoft family account. I wiped my IPad to have a clean IOS 14.6 but problem is still the same.
