When I go to open the game I see the mojang logo but after that my screen goes black. It will remain like that for about 10 minutes before crashing. It doesn’t get to the new grey loading screen. I’ve noticed that having more than 1 or 2 resource or behavior packs will cause it not to load. I have a RTX 2060 GPU that I have up-to-date and that has not changed how anything works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft and that fixes it until I try to put my world and resource packs back. Sometimes it even freezes up up so bad that I have to use the windows taskmanager to close Minecraft. It lags my CPU when it is trying to load unless it crashes first. (My guess is that it is trying to load something but can’t) I have checked and made sure that I have no conflicting applications. Minecraft was loading normally before 1.17 for me. The game is unplayable because of this bug. Please fix this!

      [WORKAROUND]

Update: 6/10 - I have found out that having your anti-analyzing setting to anything except 4 will cause this glitch to happen. Since you can’t access this while the game is down you will have to modify the options.txt file in the com.mojang file path, or reset your game. I find that it is easier to reset your game and make backups because the anti-analyzing feature is very hard to find in the file. I will keep trying to see how viable this workaround is. So far it seems to work.
