Expected: Tells me the name and amount of the item in the hovered slot. Just want it to be simple and tell me what is on screen.

What happened: Tells me amount and then spouts off seemingly random number ratios. It also does this in the settings menu and such. Have no idea what its referring to. I turned it on to help with my sucky eyes and the abnormally small GUI. It also says things that are unnecessary, imo. Maybe it works for others as far as that goes-for the people who really need it. However, I'm surprised no one else has reported this.. <-if so I didn't find it by searching: text to speech.
