It's not local to my worlds, just my death. I was playing on a world with my friend this morning and i lost half of my stuff. I was playing Minecraft two days ago in my survival world and accidentally died, losing half of my inventory. I was playing a few minutes ago, died, lost most of my stuff. I don't know what the problem is but I have videos of two of the three. On top of that, relogging the game results in all the items just disappearing.
