Nintendo Switch
| We have a Nintendo switch with the below Minecraft edition which is stating it has an update. The game is 2.5 months old. We cannot do the upgrade as the two screens shown come on repeat. It is attached to the internet. We have turned it all off and back on. We cannot download this from the eshop as it is asking us to buy a whole new game. Nintendo Switch customer support cannot help as told us to report a bug. How do we rectify this and update our Minecraft ? Please can you help? Thanks |
