While playing my single player world the game will go black for a 1/4 of a second then normal.

10 seconds later the game sends me to the title screen without saving. Just the title screen overlay with black in the background. Then you can't load back in to the world without exiting and re-entering the game. Note, I think I duplicates items as well. I planted some seeds and the black flash happended. When I loaded back in I had the seeds and the seeds were planted (I'm not entirely sure if this happened or if I'm just going crazy)

I think it might have something to do with having some resource packs on the world because it started happening after I added them.
