When i gave my fox a sword and put it on a lead, it jupmed constantly. The fox was also stuck.

 The window is a slab, so the hitbox of the slab was possibly interfering with the fox.

Note: That blue pickaxe in the picture below is an iron pickaxe, it was the camera that caused it to turn blue.
