*This is happening on our multiplayer realm, across both Windows 10 and Xbox One

      • The image shows a few copper pillars I made from various Copper block variants - they are not oxidizing AT ALL!!
      • The varieties I used are Cut Copper Blocks, Cut Copper Stairs, Cut Copper Slabs, and Copper Blocks.
      • I did not add wax to them!  I mined the copper, then crafted the blocks, then built the pillars!

I have AFK'd and worked in this area for more than 8 hours, and these copper blocks have not oxidized and have not changed at all!

Please see the image!  The blocks are unchanged after more than 8 hours of being right next to these blocks!

I wonder if this is related to the amount of lag that has been increasing in the last few days on our realm (of which I will make a separate ticket for!).

*I have all variations of copper blocks in other places around the world that are oxidizing normally!

**We do not use any mods or behavior packs.  The only thing being used is a texture pack:  Chroma Hills HD.

***The copper pillars are right next to a building full of villagers, and I read a separate bug report that says villagers are making huge lag, and wonder if these might be related!
