Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Pause Menu
2. Click "Achievements"

Expected Results:

Opens Achievements interface

Observed Results:

Screen goes black, then flashes to red, then to black, and then either tells me there was an error via the AMD Radeon Software, or gives me the Blue Screen of Death (at least I think that's what it's called)

Clicking the Achievements button causes my video card (the AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT) to glitch.
