I've noticed this has been happening for a while now, but the custom character creation does not appear in Minecraft games. To the player, they can see their skin and whatever they put on, but to others, all they can see is a steve wearing a yellow shirt.

I was hoping my custom character would be visible to other players and servers.

What happens after that is disappointing and agitating. All you get is a steve wearing a yellow shirt.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press X to go to profile (You should see all your available skins or slots for said skins)
2. Press "Edit a Character" and create a character (DO NOT GO TO CLASSIC SKINS) 
3. After you done, only you will see the character you made, but to others they will not. 

Try going to Minecraft game servers like 'HIVE' You will most likely see a bunch or yellow Steves
