Bug rationale

Accessibility: Important information should always be conveyed in more than one human sense, if something is available by sound, users should have the option to access that information as text as well. This is a high priority issue for deaf users.

Access: Users are unable to find the setting for subtitles, which is a known feature of Minecraft.
