The texture for water sometimes takes a while to load on Realms Plus templates. After up to 15 seconds, the texture finishes loading. This is significantly longer than most textures take to load.
This was observed in templates that were created before 1.16. And that the worlds had mods so please upload any screenshots of this happening in vanilla worlds.
