Nether freezes randomly

      This BUG Happened In The Nether Dimension, Namely:
      1. Lost Particles, When Player Breaks Blocks In The Nether Dimension.
      2. Minecart That Stops Suddenly When Minecart Is Running On Rails. And Mobs That Are In The Nether Dimension, Silent or Unmoving. When the player hits the mob, nothing happens, just stands still or doesn't move.
      3. In the Nether Dimension, Players Can't Open Inventory. And Players Can't Pick Up Dropped Items.

      BUG In The Nether Dimension, Only 3!
