Very long load times or doesn't load at all, realm list or multiplayer connected worlds (friends playing on other worlds)

Recreate:

-Start Minecraft

-After a very long loading screen, click 'Play'

-The list of realms will take a VERY LONG time to load, or it will load infinately!

-Also, the second page that shows friends playing on other multiplayer (internet connected) worlds will have LONG loading times or not load at all!

Sometimes exiting Minecraft and opening it again will solve the 'Not loading at all' problem.

My internet has been tested and is in perfect working condition!  The issue is happening on both Xbox One and Windows 10!
