Issue: Using an Xbox One Wireless Controller connected via Bluetooth and launching Minecraft from the Home Screen, Minecraft does not recognize any controller button presses or movements. Confirmed it wasn’t an issue with the device by playing another game with controller support; it worked fine. 
Troubleshooting Steps Taken: - Forgot controller in Bluetooth settings then reconnected - Force-closed Minecraft app and relaunched, both with the controller connected at launch and connecting the controller after the game is loaded - Fully shutdown iPhone and Xbox controller then powered on again.
