Affects 0.14.0

The screens previously not available in creative (e.g. Survival Invevtory, crafting) show otems in stacks of 64, whereas the creative inventory shows just single items as it is meant to be in creative, this is most likely just an issue that came out of integrating the survival interface in creative.
