We purchased and downloaded a marketplace pack called craftable dragons.

After installing the pack, my son is unable to create new worlds using any of his marketplace packs.

I tried restoring the marketplace pack but the issue is still occurring.

Hoping you can assist with some advice. Do we need to uninstall the new pack organise a refund or restore minecraft on his iPad?
