All you gotta do to get this bug is to make a world and use certain items to see if it causes this bug.

(I use Nintendo Switch, my friend uses PS4)
When me and my friend are on his world, some items, (Crossbows and Tridents cause this for him), if held in my hand cause him to lag intensely as well as get error messages. But this doesn't happen when he holds items.

You shouldn't get lag or get error messages when you hold or use items.
