When i was going to overworld from end dimension, i miss clicked fireworks just a moment before the entering. I respawned instantly, which it should have asked before respawning. i lost valuable items.  then, i moved in order to find ,possibly, the items. i tried actually, but i couldn't move. it just didn't move. then, endermites spawned and killed me. i couldn't move again. they were going to kill me again so clicked alt+F4. Then, i reopened the game. i couldn't find any of the items neither in overworld nor in end dimension. it was a sadly and shocking minute for me.
