Hello all.

I have encounted an issue that when I use the /say command with @p or @s to direct it to me or or the nearest player, it shows text to all players in world instead of just me.

I noticed this while trying to make a Minecart line to go around my world and like real life i'd like to make it tell you what station your arriving at but it tells all players not just the nearest or yourself regardless of wether or not i set it to self or nearest player.
