I like to play on my survival word and I decided to build a underground base.
So I dig down 2x2 down a place ladders on either side and go and work on my base. I come back to find all the ladders on one side have fallen. I put them back up and work more and leave. I come back again and they all fell down on one side.

To reproduce this dig down 2x2 and place ladders on both sides and quit the game. Come back to find all the ladders on one side have fallen.
