I have payed for a realm but it just keep on telling me we will create the realm soon

      I've created a realm with the free trial but it took my money and didn't created a realm, and it keepa on telling that the purchase was successful and it will be created soon but nothing happend. Can anyone help me please, and thanks in advance.
