Device brand and model: Mobile - Samsung galaxy s4 mini / i9192

In Flying mode, While moving there is a chance blocks or chuncks aren't visable until a second or two later OR blocks' texture simply doesn't look right, screen shots explain better.

Steps to reproduce:
1- Load a world in creative
2- Fly around
Observation: At times the world can be choppy SPEACIALLY when flying out of water

Second picture isn't clear enough but it should show how the chunk isn't visable when flying out of water.

Note: I have searched for quiet sometime about other reported bugs but I have never seemed to find any results and thank you
