I have two user accounts on this computer, one for myself, and one for child. Both have their own Microsoft accounts, and both have their own copy of Minecraft for Windows 10.
On my account, I can access marketplace just fine, and my profile is saved and I can customize my character. The game claims that it cannot connect to marketplace.
On child's account, marketplace does not load, any profile customizations disappear after game is restarted. It would somehow appear to be related to the xbox component, because xbox app cannot load any content on child's account, but works perfectly fine on my account. The xbox app says there was "problem loading content".
The child's account has been permitted to use minecraft, and other relevant permissions to use dungeons and participate in 3rd party gaming networks.
If there is a way to provide some debug information, I am happy to provide that, just need some instructions how to get that information.
Update: Now marketplace says "Error 'D-0'".
