      1.17.30 Release Changelogs

Added a new sidebar to some Marketplace and Dressing Room related screens to help better improve the experience of navigating these areas

      Summary
By default, Style items in the Character Creator do not have a Custom Colour option, but coincidentally, by using the new sidebar I was able to bypass and glitch some of my Style items to have custom colour.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go into Dressing Room.
      2. Select or create a character and go into Character Creator.
      3. Select Body.
      4. Change Colour of either Base / Hair / Eyes / Iris / Eyebrows.
      5. Then switch from the new dressing room side bar to Classic Skins.
      6. Switch from the new dressing room side bar to Character Creator.
      7. Exit to Dressing Room, where you select and create characters.

      Observed results
Some of your character's clothes should have Custom Colour now. (Only affects certain clothes and parts of it)

      Continuation
I did this a few a times to try out different fits and at some point my Dressing Room totally bugged out.

      • All cosmetics I have unlocked or downloaded showed either Locked icon or Available to Get icon.
      • Clicking on Collect/Get on an item resulted in going back to the Dressing Room with the message "Character Saved", though not making any actual changes or unlocking/downloading the item.

      Note and Update
So apparently, the Marketplace crashed around the same time, which might have had to do with this bug. I am also inclined to believe that this Bug caused the crash or the crash caused the bug. In any case, weird timing.

I have now all my cosmetic stuff back. The new Sidebar has also been removed as a hotfix which makes it impossible to reproduce the bug.

The character I used this bug on still has clothing with custom colour. It's stuck on brown now as you can see in the picture.

In the other picture you can see I changed the colour of parts of the Face Item, Outerwear, Top, Back Item and Bottoms to Cyan and Pink.
